If I order today, when will I receive it?

We ship same-day if your order is placed before 2pm PST M-F! If you're placing your order outside of that timeframe, then you can expect it to be shipped first thing in the morning that following business day! After it leaves us, typical ground shipping times are 1-5 business days in the continental US.

What are the sizes of the medals? It's hard to tell.

The Small is 1//2" diameter, smaller than a dime. The Medium is ¾” diameter, about the size of a Penny. The large is 1” in diameter, about the size of a Quarter. The small comes on an 18" Aluminum Ball Chain, the Medium and Large come on a 24" Aluminum Ball Chain.

I'd like a shorter chain. What should I do?

A cool thing about the ball chain is that it's customizable to any length- just use regular scissors and snip it to be however short you'd like!

My Get Back merch is broken/damaged. What do I do?

Bummer! We can help. Please email us a photo of the damaged/broken item to info@getbacksupplyco.com. If it is a medal, front + back photos are appreciated. Don't forget to provide your order number and the full name of the person the order was placed under! We'll take a look and be back in touch with a solution.

I got my necklace and realized I'd prefer a smaller/larger medallion, may I exchange it for a different size?

Sure! Here's the exchange process: Return the item to the address shown on the packing slip. Once received, the refund will be issued- from there it takes a couple days with your bank. You are free at any time to order the item you would prefer, but we do not offer straight across exchanges at this time.

How do I return an item for a refund?

The tracking says that my package has arrived, but it hasn't - help!

USPS Tracking is mostly reliable, but can be erratic. 99% of the time, the package arrives safe and sound. Please wait a day or two. If you need immediate help, contact your local Post Office, ask for the Postmaster and provide your tracking. They will have more localized information and can help pinpoint the status of your package from their end.

Can my rep code be used on top of other discount codes?

Unfortunately only one discount code can be used at a time on each order!

1 SALE: Congrats! You'll receive your official rep pack including our retro keychain!

3 SALES: You're killing it! You'll receive a package with a free necklace, ring, and stickers!

5 SALES: Yewww! Get Back t-shirt comin' at ya!

How do I track my sales and commission?

You can log into you your affiliate account on www.refersion.com with the username and password you created while signing up to track your sales and commission you earn.

*Unfortunately Refersion doesn't allow you to see who purchased using your code.

How do I get paid?

We pay our reps through PayPal. It's free and easy to set up & link to your Refersion account. If it's not linked, you won't be able to receive your commissions. While signing up, you can fill out your PayPal email address in the field titled “PayPal email address”. If you forget to fill out this field while signing up, no worries! You can log into your Refersion account and add it under your settings to fix it!

Reps are paid their commissions at the end of each month! You will receive an email from Paypal when that is done.
